At Fox Road, we stock only market-fresh flowers and keep them refrigerated to prolong their useful life. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will discuss the issue and provide full replacement or refund as appropriate.
We have great working relationships with our delivery companies and while we cannot always guarantee delivery on your chosen delivery date, we will work genuinely hard to do so. If you have any doubt as to whether we can deliver on a specific day (or time of day), contact us beforehand and we can discuss the available options.
