Do all flowers and gift baskets include a message card?
Yes, all purchases come with a complimentary gift card. Once a product has been added, a message can be entered on the cart page prior to checkout. If you forgot to add a note, simply reply to your order confirmation email and we will be sure to add it.

How long will the flowers last?
Our flowers are bought fresh from the markets so you can expect them to last for at least a week when cared for properly. It is best to keep flowers in a cool place and out of direct sunlight. All our flower arrangements are supplied with flower food to prolong their life.

Can I customise a gift?
Sure! We are more than happy to accommodate. Please call us on 0800 FOX ROAD or email sales@foxroad.co.nz for a prompt reply.

Can I send gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes, it's easiest if you email us the following details and let us take care of it... (i) recipient's name (ii) item you wish to send (iii) shipping address (iv) any special delivery instructions (v) gift card message.

How do I know what gets delivered matches what I order?
We endeavour to match as closely as possible the arrangements we make to the photos shown on our website. If a flower pictured is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute this for a flower of similar style and colour. This is usually due to the differences in natural growing seasons of the different flower species. Simply send us an email requesting a photo of the arranged bouquet/gift basket and we will email it through to you prior to delivery.

Can I choose the delivery date?
Yes of course, on the cart page prior to checkout you can enter the delivery date. We will do our absolute best to have your gift delivered on that day. Due to factors outside our control, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery date - please keep in mind minimum time frames for delivery, please contact us if unsure.

Do you offer same day delivery?
We can deliver within the greater Wellington region if orders are placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) - this applies to Central Wellington, Porirua, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Wainuiomata and everywhere in between. Delivery outside of these areas will require overnight delivery. If in doubt about minimum time frames for delivery, please contact us.

Can you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes to main cities - provided there is enough time to complete delivery. Be sure to select the Saturday delivery option during checkout. If in doubt about minimum time frames or whether the address is within our Saturday delivery zones, please contact us.

Can you deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays?
Not usually, however we may be able to do so within the Wellington region. Give us a call on 0800 369 762 to discuss.

Can you deliver to rural addresses?
Yes, provided there is enough time to complete delivery. Be sure to select the rural delivery option during checkout. If in doubt about minimum time frames for delivery, please contact us.

Can I track my delivery?
For all Wellington deliveries, we use a door to door delivery service which does not use tracking, however if you wish to know the status of your delivery please contact us and we would be happy to find out for you. Deliveries outside of the Wellington region are tracked, to view the status of your delivery click on the ‘view your order’ button in the order confirmation email you are sent upon ordering.

Payment

What are my payment options?
You can choose to pay by credit card or as a direct debit into our bank account.

Will my credit card details be safe if paying online?
Yes! We use Stripe as our payment gateway provider. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We never see or store your credit card details when you place an order online with us. If however, you would feel more comfortable paying over the phone, that’s fine! Ring us on 0800 369 762 and let us take care of it.

What credit cards are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Can I open an account with Fox Road?
