Yes, all purchases come with a complimentary gift card. Once a product has been added, a message can be entered on the cart page prior to checkout. If you forgot to add a note, simply reply to your order confirmation email and we will be sure to add it. For privacy reasons, all messages are delivered in a sealed envelope.
Our flowers are bought fresh from the markets so you can expect them to last for at least a week when cared for properly. It is best to keep flowers in a cool place and out of direct sunlight. All our flower arrangements are supplied with flower food to prolong their life.

We endeavour to match as closely as possible the arrangements we make to the photos shown on our website. If a flower pictured is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute this for a flower of similar style and colour. This is usually due to the differences in natural growing seasons of the different flower species. Simply send us an email requesting a photo of the arranged bouquet/gift basket and we will email it through to you prior to delivery.
Yes of course, on the cart page prior to checkout you can enter the delivery date. We will do our absolute best to have your gift delivered on that day. Due to factors outside our control, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery date - please keep in mind minimum time frames for delivery, please contact us if unsure.
We can deliver within the greater Wellington region if orders are placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) - this applies to Central Wellington, Porirua, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Wainuiomata and everywhere in between. Delivery outside of these areas will require overnight delivery. If in doubt about minimum time frames for delivery, please contact us.

For all Wellington deliveries, we use a door to door delivery service which does not use tracking, however if you wish to know the status of your delivery please contact us and we would be happy to find out for you. Deliveries outside of the Wellington region are tracked, to view the status of your delivery click on the ‘view your order’ button in the order confirmation email you are sent upon ordering.
Yes, you may collect from our home studio in Porirua. All flower arrangements and gifts are made to order, so you will need to phone through your order beforehand, phone 0800 FOX ROAD.
You can choose to pay by credit card or as a direct debit into our bank account.
Yes! We use Stripe as our payment gateway provider. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We never see or store your credit card details when you place an order online with us. If however, you would feel more comfortable paying over the phone, that’s fine!
